Terms of service

The deal between you and me when you buy a course on webblabs.ai. Written so you can actually read it. At checkout you tick a box that says you agree to these terms and the refund policy. That box is the record of our deal.

Who you're buying from

Webb Labs is run by me, Kaleb Webb, as a sole proprietor. Based in Mesa, Arizona. Mailing address on request by email. Email: [email protected]. When these terms say "we" or "I", that's Webb Labs.

What you're buying

A one-time digital course. Right now that's "Set up Grok Bot" ($69). More will follow, like "Build Your Kid a Game". Each one is a set of video lessons, plus any notes and checklists that go with them, in a members area at webblabs.ai/course/. You sign in with your email: we send you a link, you tap it, you're in. No password.

The 30-Day Challenge and the Lab are different. They're sold and delivered on Skool at skool.com/webblabs, and Skool's own terms and refund rules govern those purchases. These terms are for what you buy directly on webblabs.ai.

Paying

What you can do with it

Your purchase is a personal license. It's for you, and it doesn't transfer. Plainly:

If you share access or re-post the lessons, I can shut your access off without a refund. I'd rather not, so just don't.

Refunds

Every course comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email me within 30 days, you get your money back, no questions. The full rules, including pre-orders and chargebacks, are on the refunds page.

The lessons change, and so do the tools

I update lessons when something changes, and you get the updates at no charge. But the tools I teach are made by other companies, and I don't control any of them. Grok Bot in particular is a beta product from xAI: it changes week to week, features come and go, the price can move, and xAI can pause it, rename it, or shut it down whenever they decide. A screen in a lesson might look a little different from the one in front of you. That's normal, and it's why the lessons teach the thinking, not just the clicks.

To be clear about what you're paying for: you're buying my lessons, not the app. Grok Bot has its own plan (about $20 a month as I write this) that you pay to xAI, not to me, and I can't refund it. If a tool goes away for good and a course can't be fixed, I'll tell you straight and the "retired course" promise below applies.

The names of other people's products

Grok Bot, Grok and xAI belong to xAI. ChatGPT belongs to OpenAI, Claude to Anthropic, Notion, Slack, Discord, Google Chrome, Shopify, Midjourney, Suno and Higgsfield to their own companies. I use those names only to tell you which app a lesson is about. Webb Labs isn't made by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of them. Their logos are theirs; the bots drawn on my pages are my own characters, not theirs.

Referral links

Some links on this site and in the free guides are referral links. Right now that's one: the Higgsfield link in the Higgsfield guide. If you sign up through a referral link, I may earn a commission. It never changes what you pay, and I'll say so next to the link every time.

No promises about results

I show you what I do and how I do it. What you get out of it depends on you: how far you take it, what you build, and your situation. I don't promise you'll make money, save money, or get any specific result. This is education, not business, legal, or financial advice.

If I ever show you something another buyer built, or quote a review, it's one real person's experience, used with their permission. It's their result, not a promise of yours. I don't buy reviews, write fake ones, or hide the bad ones. And nothing in these terms stops you from reviewing the course honestly, anywhere, including if you hated it.

If something goes wrong

I'll fix what I can. If a lesson won't play or a link doesn't work, email me and I'll sort it.

The part a lawyer would put in capitals

Beyond fixing what's broken, the courses are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. The most I'm responsible for, no matter what happens, is the amount you paid for the course. I'm not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or anything that happens because a third-party tool changed, went down, or went away. Some states and countries don't let a seller limit things this way; if that's where you live, these limits apply only as far as your law allows.

Who the courses are for

Adults. If you're under 18, buy and use the courses with a parent or guardian. The kids' game course is built for a parent and child to do together, and it's the parent who buys it.

Our content

The videos, notes, checklists, and the Webb Labs name and mark belong to Webb Labs. Your license to watch doesn't change that.

Ending things

You can stop using a course any time; within 30 days, ask for a refund. If you break these terms, I can close your access. If a course is ever retired, including because the tool it teaches is discontinued, I'll give you fair notice and a way to finish it.

Law and disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. If we ever disagree about something, email me first. Almost everything gets solved in one reply. If the law where you live gives you rights these terms can't take away, you keep them.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, the date at the top changes, and the new version applies to purchases after that date. Your purchase is covered by the terms that were up when you bought.

Questions?

Email [email protected]. It's me reading it, not a team. Trouble using the site or a lesson, for any reason? Same address, and I'll fix it.
