Refunds

Love it or your money back. Here's exactly how that works, so there's nothing to wonder about.

30 days. Full refund. No questions.

Every course sold on webblabs.ai. Email me within 30 days of buying and you get every dollar back, including any sales tax, to the card or wallet you paid with. You don't have to tell me why.

How to get one

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address you bought with. Subject line "Refund" is plenty.
  2. That's it. No form, no call, no "are you sure". I'll reply so you know it's done.

I send the refund within two business days of your email. Then it takes 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement, because that part is your bank or card company, not me. If it's been longer than that, email me again and I'll chase it with Stripe.

What happens to your access

When the refund goes through, your course login stops working. Anything you already saved for yourself, like the setup checklist, is yours to keep. I'm not going to come looking for it.

One thing a refund can't include: money you paid to someone else. Grok Bot's own plan, or any other tool's subscription, is between you and that company. I refund what you paid me.

Pre-orders

If you buy before the lessons are out, you're charged today and the lessons open on the date shown at checkout. Your 30 days start the day the lessons open, not the day you paid. So you get a full month with the actual course before you decide. Want out before it even opens? Same email, same answer: refunded. And if the opening date slips, you'll get an email with the new date and the same offer: wait, or take every dollar back right then.

After 30 days

Past 30 days, the sale is final. But if something's actually broken, like a lesson that won't play or a link that doesn't work, email me anyway. That's my problem to fix, not yours, and the clock has nothing to do with it.

One ask: email me before you dispute the charge

A chargeback through your bank takes weeks, costs both of us money, and ends up in the same place as one email to me, except slower. If you want a refund, I'll give you a refund. Just ask me first.

The one exception

If I shut off your access for sharing your login or re-uploading the lessons (see the terms), there's no refund. That's the only "no" on this page.

The 30-Day Challenge and the Lab

Those are sold on Skool at skool.com/webblabs, and Skool processes the payments. Their refund rules, and the policy shown at that checkout, govern those purchases. If you're unsure, email me and I'll point you to the right place.

Want a refund right now?

Email [email protected]. Webb Labs, operated by Kaleb Webb, Mesa, Arizona. Trouble using the site for any reason? Same address, and I'll fix it.
